Edgar Mejía

I'm a software developer with over six years of experience building mobile and web applications. I specialize in mobile — Android, iOS, and Flutter — but I'm equally comfortable on the web, having built full-stack systems with .NET, SQL Server, and vanilla JS. I care about code that is maintainable, fast, and ships without drama.

Outside of work, I'm a girl dad 👧🏻, a cat person 🐱, an Overwatch player 🧡, and a dedicated Coke drinker (never coffee). I built this site from scratch as a way to write publicly and share what I learn.

I prefer getting something real in front of users over polishing in the dark. Feedback from production beats speculation every time.

From architecture decisions to App Store releases, I care about what happens after the code is merged. Maintenance is part of the job.

Code is read far more than it's written. I aim for clarity over cleverness, and leave the codebase in better shape than I found it.
